With the content I want to incorporate the traditional articles found in Q magazine with additional articles more suited to the intended readers. I want articles similar to that found in Sunday Times Culture magazine. High end, quality articles incorporating all the arts. Examples of this could be reviews for modern dance shows, new movie soundtracks (movies women from this age range and this demographic category would watch), book reviews, new art exhibitions however it will be pre-predominately focused on music and the other articles will have reference to music.
The reason I want to so this is because a music magazine aimed at women doesn't really exists however, researching Q magazines readers I found that there are a small percentage of female readers however the overall style and composition of the magazine seems aimed at men. By creating the female version of Q magazine I can concentrate on targeting the audience via the style, photos, composition.
