I decided to call my magazine ENCORE because a, it connotates music and b, the word encore means a another round, a follow on from the original and this I believe is what my magazine is. It is the follow on from Q magazine, a high quality magazine aimed at women. Here I tried a few different fonts to find one that I feel would work however I think most the above is too decorative, the first and second are simplistic however I feel that they look too masculine. Therefore when it comes to creating my masthead I want to take inspiration from female fashion magazines such as ELLE and VOGUE.
