BSME

Feedback from my magazine cover told me that whilst it looked good it was perhaps hard to identify it as a music magazine because of this I was advised to research the BSME (British Society of Magazine Editors). The BSME Awards are the only UK awards run by magazine editors for magazine editors.

As my magazine will be the first music magazine aimed specifically aimed at woman I thought that to have the BSME mark on the front for Launch of the Year would be benificial in terms of drawing readers. 
I e-mailed the BSME to request information on their Launch of the Year award and to ask for their official logo to use for my magazine.
